"Live your life as if it would repeat forever"
Friedrich Nietzsche posed a terrifying thought experiment: What if a demon told you that you must live this life again and again, innumerable times, with every pain, every joy, and every thought recurring in the exact same sequence? Would you throw yourself down in despair, or would you welcome it?
To embrace this eternal cycle is the ultimate affirmation of life. Nietzsche calls for Amor Fati—loving one's fate, not just bearing it. One should live every moment so fully and beautifully that one would wish for it to be repeated for eternity.
This concept rejects the idea of an afterlife or a 'better future.' There is only *this* world and *this* moment. The Übermensch (Overman) is the one who has the strength to create their own values and say 'Yes' to the eternal recurrence of their existence.
